International Development
ACER provides a range of services for international clients. ACER has opened offices in UAE and is providing assessment in India and the United Kingdom.
In recent years training programmes in educational assessment and evaluation have been provided for participants from Fiji , Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and the South Pacific . To strengthen our focus in assisting with personalized training courses we have now established the ACER International Institute which offers short courses annually on a range of research topics. ACER researchers work closely with education authorities and institutions to design programs to meet individual requirements.
ACER is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Educational Research Association which was founded in Bangkok in 2001.
ACER is a member of the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) and the Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Incorporated (ACSPRI).
It is an Affiliated Centre of the Asia-Pacific Programme of Educational Innovation for Development (APEID) and has worked with the OECD, AusAID, UNESCO and World Bank on international projects.
