Information for Potential Authors
ACER Press is the publishing arm of the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), Australia's leading national educational research and development agency. ACER is a not-for-profit company that was established in 1930. ACER Press publishes high quality, evidence-based resources for use by professionals working in education, counselling, psychology, human resources and related areas. ACER Press publishes books, assessment instruments, kits and periodicals.
We are currently interested in reviewing proposals or complete manuscripts for publication in the following areas:
- Educational leadership
- Identification of and engagement with students in at risk categories
- Learning and learning difficulties
- Effective learning and teaching strategies in curriculum areas
- Understanding and developing school climate/culture/values
All submitted proposals or manuscripts should be evidence- or research-based. To assist us in making a publishing decision, we request that all authors complete the ACER Publishing Proposal form, which should accompany your proposal or manuscript.
