Ordering from Overseas

All materials published by ACER Press will be supplied direct to overseas countries. Overseas-originated items may be subject to distribution restrictions.

Before ordering online please contact Customer Service via email with the details of your purchase so that freight can be calculated accurately.

Note: All remittances must be made in Australian currency.

All prices listed on the ACER Press website and in ACER Press catalogues are subject to change without notice.

Prices of materials originating overseas are subject to currency fluctuations. You are welcome to check current prices with Customer Service staff before placing an order.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

On Approval for thirty days

To help you evaluate our wide range of tests, some specimen/sample sets are available 'on approval' for thirty days from invoice date.

Books, videos and software are not available on approval and are firm sale only.

Conditions:

  • Return of goods within 30 days
  • Credit is given for material returned in saleable condition
  • A copy of the invoice MUST be attached
  • All freight charges are to be paid by the customer

Freight and Handling Charges

Standard freight per invoice (within Australia):
10% of full invoice value
Minimum: $5.50
Maximum: $27.50

Standard freight per invoice (outside Australia):
25% of full invoice value

Urgent Orders or Special Deliveries

For urgent orders or special delivery requests please contact Customer Service by phone (or fax if previously arranged). Orders placed online cannot be delivered overnight at present.

Overnight delivery (within Australia):
Most locations in Australia
(e.g. air satchel up to 3 kg)
$27.50 for first package.

Discount to Graduates

Graduate students and researchers may be eligible for a small discount. Applications for the discount (including details of the proposed research program) should be submitted to Customer Service.
