The Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) is an independent not-for-profit educational research and development organisation that provides services and materials throughout Australia and internationally.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer to provide administrative support and coordination to a number of high stakes selection tests in the Higher Education section. In this role you will assist with most day to day operations of the programs such as the establishment of testing arrangements, the monitoring, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of purpose-built databases as well as answering queries and requests for information from candidates.
You will hold a university degree and preferably have experience working in the higher education sector. Your well-developed written and oral communication skills will be essential, along with high-level organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and a strong customer service focus.
