Joining our friendly Perth team, your role will be fundamental to the growth of the ACER Education Bookshop through the provision of exceptional service to our valued customers. In addition to overseeing day-to-day Bookshop operations, you will provide administrative support to the Education Officer. The general appearance and maintenance of the Bookshop will be entrusted to you, as will the planning of events and activities that promote the products and services of the Bookshop, ensuring its continued growth and success.
With relevant experience coordinating the operations of a retail bookshop – preferably in the Education sector - you possess an exceptional customer service ethic and experience with growing a business through creative and proactive targeted marketing. Computer skills, combined with a good knowledge of electronic communication tools and experience using POS and product ordering systems, will be essential. With a key focus on quality customer service, your excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills will ensure your success in this diverse role.
