Competence in English as a Foreign Language Assessment (CEFLA)
The Competence in English as a Foreign Language Assessment is a testing program linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The CEFR was designed to facilitate the mutual recognition of language qualifications across Europe to facilitate educational and occupational mobility, and is increasingly adopted in the development of national curricula and for the purposes of comparing language qualifications across borders.
