Mexico SEP Test Development

ACER is assisting the Mexican Ministry for Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública - SEP) in developing a test for students in two secondary school levels that incorporates PISA items. The test will allow SEP to compare their students' achievements with data gathered from PISA 2006 and provide them with a progress monitoring tool.
