Technical Assistance to ICFES, Colombia

Through a sub-contract with ALMA MATER (Red de Universidades Publicas del Eje Cafetero/ Network of Public Universities in the Coffee-growing Zone), ACER provided technical assistance in defining a set of labour competencies required in the process of item construction, the development of instruments to evaluate these labour competencies as well as training and accreditation of test developers, item writers and reviewers to ICFES in Colombia. Dr Jennifer Bryce and Dr Gabrielle Matters spent two weeks in Bogota to deliver the training workshops.
