Technical Assistance to Refining and Strengthening National Assessments in India

Dr Jocelyn Cook and Dr Margaret Forster worked with the Government of India to develop an implementation plan to strengthen its National Achievement Surveys between 2007-2010, as part of the Goverment's initiative in improving the measurement of learning achievements.
