  • ISAT provides valid and reliable measures of reasoning
  • ISAT provides good discrimination between international candidates
  • ISAT scores are relatively independent of English language levels
  • ISAT is free of gender bias

Research

An extensive research project examined the relationship between ISAT scores and final year of school results 2003 – 2005 in the following programs:

  • International Baccalaureate (IB)
  • Canadian International Matriculation Program (CIMP)
  • Western Australian Tertiary Entrance Examination (TEE)
  • South Australian Matriculation program (S.A.M.)
  • An Australian university Foundation Year Program (FYP)
