An exciting opportunity has now arisen to lead the ACER Institute in a multifaceted role which will see the Institute continue to grow and develop as a leader in the provision of research-based professional learning for educators. The successful applicant will have responsibility for developing and implementing a strategic plan that delivers high quality, innovative, postgraduate courses, programs and conferences to Australian and international audiences.

You will have a Masters degree as a minimum, with demonstrated experience in the education or higher education sectors. A PhD would be highly regarded. Knowledge of innovation, current trends and issues in education is essential along with high level business development, governance and strong negotiation ability. The position is based in Camberwell, Melbourne.

An initial three year contact with a competitive salary package is negotiable for the successful applicant.
