Neil is an experienced educator and leader who has extensive experience in a variety of education settings in Queensland, NSW and London. He has lectured in Educational Psychology and Teaching Practice at Queensland University of Technology and the University of Western Sydney and was Director of School Experience at the University of New England. Neil also spent six years as the Foundation Director of Education for Mater Health Services.
Neil has a postgraduate qualification in Special Education, a Masters degree in Educational Psychology, a second Masters degree in Education and a PhD which focused on Gifted Education. Neil is located in ACER's Brisbane office.

Mary has extensive leadership and management experience in education and business with public and private sector organisations. Mary's qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and a Masters of Business in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management. Mary is located in our Melbourne office.
Senior Project Officer : Stephen Cutting

Stephen has extensive experience in teaching and the development and management of educational projects working with media and cultural organisations. Stephen's qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language. Stephen is located in our Melbourne office.
