Cunningham Library at ACER actively collects books, journals, conference proceedings and web sites on Australian education for the Australian Education Index (AEI), working to achieve a comprehensive coverage of scholarly and significant works in this field. We welcome material that has not previously come to our attention. It is a free service to have material indexed in the AEI, and by donating material you can maximise your work's visibility through the Index which is accessed worldwide. Submitted material is lodged in Cunningham Library and becomes accessible to the wider educational research community.

If you would like to check with us whether something is appropriate for inclusion, please email us with details of the work's format, author, title and date so that we can check the database for you.
We ask that submitted material include this signed document as either a print-out or an attachment. This is to ensure that we can identify material and also to obtain your permission to use your material in the construction of abstracts. Through using your abstracts or wording from original items we can ensure that the original meaning is conveyed and that material can be processed more swiftly onto the AEI database.
