Copies of journal articles, book chapters and conference papers held by Cunningham Library - $10.00 per copy (incl. GST)
Cost of second and subsequent items, or copies, will be reduced to $5.00 if they fit into the one envelope or package.
Express Post add $6.60
Fax add $3.30 for each set of 10 pages or part thereof
