This Leadership Masterclass is for school leaders committed to leading the thinking in their school communities and classrooms. There is no one right way to lead. But there are common elements in the repertoires of the most effective leaders. These will be the focus of our day.
The Masterclass Leaders have worked closely with some of the world’s most outstanding thought leaders: de Bono, Senge, Costa, and Perkins. They share many decades of combined leadership experience at the highest levels. They also currently coach international leaders across the sectors of education, business, health and elite sport.
On this day you will reflect deeply on your current understanding and practice of leadership, matching these against the world’s best. Every skill, model and process we will explore has been tested and refined by our presenters. They work in the reality of school life. You will also learn how to focus your leadership energies on areas of highest leverage.
Masterclass Highlights:

- Access innovative leadership skills and processes through the latest international research and best practice.
- Experience interactive learning processes that will challenge your thinking.
- Discover powerful new models you can apply immediately in your own context.
- Overcome the busyness trap and leverage your time and energy
- Broaden your repertoire of leadership capabilities and dispositions
- Learn how to build a performance development culture in your school.

Anna Gibbs - Kings College - NZ
"Enjoyed changing groups, interactive nature, discussion breaks – short & plenty of them helped to put things in to a situational context."
Lynne Keohane

"Brilliant – great mix of activity, discussion, input, movement. An exceptional two days."
Jude Robinson (Murupara)
"Networking was great once again. You all challenged us to think and that’s what I want. Thank you!"
