This presentation will focus on the benefits of the Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) program – how it works, what the benefits are and the funding models available for RTOs. The WELL Program was introduced in 1991, and supports the integration of LLN training within vocational training delivered in the workplace The main aim of the WELL Program is to assist organisations to train workers in English language, literacy and numeracy skills.
