You can apply to sit HAT at Box Hill Institute by printing the HAT Registration Form and sending it with the payment to:

Following receipt of the registration form and payment a Test Admission Ticket, including your candidate number, will be sent to your nominated address.
You must bring the Admission Ticket with you on the test date, as well as appropriate photo identification.
You can indicate your preferred test date only. You will not however be guaranteed a place on that date. You will also be able to indicate if there is a day on which you cannot attend the test.
Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.
If there are no places remaining for your preferred test date you will be allocated a place on an alternative date, unless you have indicated that you are not available on that date.
If you can only be accommodated on a date that you are not able to sit the test your registration and payment will be returned to you.
Test Dates
HAT will be held at Box Hill Institute on Saturday 6 October at 10.00 am and 2.30 pm and on Saturday 13 October at 10.00 am and 2.30 pm. If required there may also be a test session held on Saturday 20 October.
Deadlines
Applications will close at 5.00 pm AEST on Wednesday 3 October 2007. However if you wish to sit HAT on Saturday 6 October 2007 your registration must reach the registration office by the close of business on Wednesday 26 September 2007. Even if your registration has reached the office by Wednesday 26 September, there is no guarantee that you will be allocated a place to sit the test on 6 October 2007.
Applications that reach the registration office after the close of business on 3 October will not be processed and will not be acknowledged. If your registration arrives after 3 October and you wish to have it returned to you please include a stamped self-addressed envelope.
