Test Results
Candidates’ test results will be mailed to them by November 16. There will be no correspondence entered into regarding candidates’ results.
Box Hill Institute will be responsible for all information regarding the offer of places at Box Hill Institute.
A candidate’s results will only be sent to the postal address provided by the candidate on the registration form. If a candidate has not advised ACER of his/her change of address, prior to the mailing of reports, and a duplicate copy of the report is required, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 for the duplicate copy.
Where a change of address is advised, ACER must receive signed and witnessed confirmation from the candidate of the change of address. A Notification of Change of Address form is available on the ACER website.
Where a duplicate copy of results is requested the candidate must complete the Request for a Duplicate Report (available on ACER website) and, if necessary, complete a Notification of Change of Address form.
Data
HAT results may be used for research purposes. In all cases your name will be separated from the data and your test records will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
