- Go to https://ftp.acer.edu.au/
- Select Anonymous
- Enter "pub/PISA-NAT-2006" in the Initial directory like below
- Click on Login
- You should see the list of files available for download. Click on a file name to start download.
In PISA 2006 there were two components to the student questionnaires: A part which collected background information on students and their learning environment, and another section which looked at computer familiarity. There was also a school questionnaire filled out by the senior administrator in the school of the sampled students . The codebooks for the student and school questionnaires can be downloaded here.

The PISA 2006 data analysis manuals for SPSS and SAS users are not yet available, but will be posted here when they are. For the PISA 2003 data analysis manuals for SPSS and SAS users please refer to the OECD website.
Interactive Data Selection
