Early Years Diagnostic Assessment of English

Description:

The purpose of this project is to focus on the development of a suite of diagnostic on-demand assessment modules in English to complement DEECD’s existing English Online Interview, to be called “English Online – On Demand”. Specifically, this project will enable teachers to undertake targeted assessment of students in English at any time throughout the school year to support individualised teaching and learning. This will be accomplished by developing quality diagnostic instruments in English that complement the EOI and support teachers to provide targeted assessment and monitoring of student progress at any time in the school year and by building the capacity of Victorian teachers to assess students.
