Information for Aboriginal Families with a Child with a Disability

Description:

ACER will work with Gavin Jones Communication to develop a resource kit for Aboriginal families with a child with a disability. The information resource will consist of a poster, booklet and a DVD that will provide information to Aboriginal communities in relation to the types of disabilities for which services are funded, illustrate the support needs that Aboriginal families with a child or young person with a disability may have, and the types of informal and formal supports and services that can be accessed to meet these needs.
