On behalf of the Victorian Qualifications Authority, Chris Eccles, Megan Kirchner, Peter Noonan and Hamish Coates identified a series of measures to inform an outcomes-based approach to auditing registered training providers. Based on research and national consultation, the outcomes of this work led to the subsequent development of the AQTF quality indicators for registered training providers.
