Description:

ACER has been contracted by DEECD to conduct a project that aims to strengthen and enhance its assessment framework for mathematics from years Prep to 10, to achieve the following objectives:

Objective 1: Detailed diagnostic assessment for individual students with respect to the Number, Space, Measurement, chance and data, Structure and Working mathematically dimensions for the VELS Mathematics domain.
Objective 2: Point in time system-wide analysis and measurement of student achievement with respect to the Number, Space, Measurement, chance and data, Structure and Working mathematically dimensions for the VELS Mathematics domain to inform system planning.
