Study of Resourcing of Australian Primary Schools

Description:

A consortium consisting of Edith Cowan University, the University of Melbourne and ACER completed phase one of a project commissioned by DEST on resources in Australian primary schools. During 2003-2004 Stage Two of the project will be conducted. Stage two extends the initial analyses particularly in regard to how funding models recognise the needs of disadvantaged students and communities and makes use of studies of resource allocation within a sample of schools.
