Supply and Demand for Postgraduate Research Qualifications in Science and Mathematics

Description:

ACER was awarded a contract by DEEWR to investigate employment demand and outcomes for graduates with higher degree research qualifications in the science and mathematics fields. The study identified sources of supply of highly skilled persons in the fields of science and mathematics, both in Australia and the international context. The research included literature reviews and data analysis, stakeholder consultations, and development of case studies.
