The Technical Assistance Project for the Preparation of Primary Teacher Training Project (PTT) was a project for the Vietnam Government with World Bank funding. The project has invited requests for proposals with a number of separate contracts.   4. Analyse school characteristics and use them to estimate projected demand for teachers;
  5. Prepare a sample-based baseline database on teachers, their qualifications, training and experience;
  6. Document the actual contact hours of teachers by school organisational pattern;
