Research has identified that for many school leaders (aspiring and serving) the area of seeking and using additional funds is a gap in their preparation and ongoing learning. Lack of skill and knowledge in responding to and writing tenders was identified as a prime barrier. The project looks at how schools can tap into additional funding sources to support programs of teaching and learning.
