The Psychometrics and reporting of the WAMSE Arts 2003-2005 project includes psychometric consultation throughout the life of the project, the design and drawing of representative samples of WA students, data entry, the analysis of trial and random sample data, construction of a Rasch measurement scale for each of the four strands of each of the five Art forms (Music, Drama and Dance in 2004), and reporting. Student performance is to be reported within each Art form for each participating year level and for subgroups of interest. The final analysis will be based on multilevel modelling of the data similarly to the other WAMSE projects.
