ACER is working on this project in collaboration with the Monash University-ACER Centre for the Economics of Education and Training (CEET) and Peter Noonan Consulting. CEET has been commissioned by the Australian Qualifications Framework Council (AQFC) to prepare recommendations to improve improving funding arrangements in VET and higher education to remove any real or perceived barriers to effective movement of students between the sectors. ACER’s role includes interviews with provider-level personnel, analysis and reporting.
