TIMSS Australia Monograph Series

The TIMSS Australia Monograph Series consists of the national reports of the Australian components of the IEA Trends in Mathematics and Science Studies (TIMSS) and thematic reports based on other analyses of data from TIMSS.

TIMSS investigates and describes outcomes from, and patterns of, mathematics and science teaching in middle primary, junior secondary, and the end of secondary school in a variety of countries.

The reports are based on analyses of data gathered from nationally representative samples following rigorous international standards for data quality. Recent TIMSS Australia Monographs are available for downloading from the ACER web site without charge and for purchase as a printed copy.
