The skills the ACER Scholarship Tests are examining are learned over a candidate's lifetime both in and out of school so short term training for the tests is unlikely to improve performance. Your best preparation is to read widely and think critically. However if you would like to purchase practise materials, these are available for test levels 1, 2 & 3.

ACER provides a range of sample materials for candidates to assist them in becoming more familiar with the style and content of questions on the ACER Scholarship Tests.

Free Example Questions can be downloaded here. Answers to the multiple choice questions are provided.

Online Practise Tests for Levels 1, 2 and 3 are available for purchase and provide instant access to sample questions.

Sample Question Booklet for entry into secondary year levels (test levels 1, 2 & 3) are available for purchase through the ACER online shop.

Our iPad app is available for purchase. Go to the App Store (on your iPad only), and search for 'ACER Scholarships'. There is an App for Levels 1, 2 & 3 as well as a free trial version.

The Parent's Guide to Scholarships book aims to help parents better understand scholarship tests so that they can help their child do their best when it counts. You can purchase the book through the ACER online shop.
