Schools in SA can offer scholarships at Primary and/or Secondary level.

Please note that schools choose at which year levels they will be offering scholarships, and you will need to view each school’s website to check if a scholarship for your child’s year level is being offered and whether your child is eligible for the scholarship.

If you register for a scholarship test and are ineligible and require a refund, you will be charged a $15 administration fee if you request the refund prior to the school's registration closing date, or $30 after the closing date. Please note you will not be refunded for preparation material that has already been dispatched.

Which schools in my state are using the ACER Scholarship Tests?
The Participating Schools List shows which schools are using the ACER Scholarship Tests in 2013 (for entry into 2014) in SA.

Schools using the tests for entry in 2015 will be available from September 2013.

What test level should I register my child for in SA?
Primary:
If your child will be entering Grade 5, 6 or 7 (in primary school) in 2014, you need to register for the Primary scholarship test.
Secondary:
Register for Level 1 if your child is entering Year 8 in 2014.
Register for Level 2 if your child is entering year 9 or 10 in 2014.
Register for Level 3 if your child is entering year 11 or 12 in 2014.
