Mr Gerard Ferrara holds the position of HR/Psychology Sales Consultant at the Australian Council for Educational Research.
His role at ACER is to support, advise and guide individuals and organisations on the effective use of assessment products. He has advised a diverse range of companies across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. As a previous HR practitioner himself, Gerard has a real understanding about the current challenges of human resource management.
Mr Ferrara has more than 20 years experience in human resource management and assessment. His organisational experience includes working for a multinational recruitment company, global consulting firm and senior HR roles.
