Ms Judy Nixon

Research Fellow (Test Developer)

Ms Judy Nixon is a Research Fellow (Test Developer) in the Assessment and Reporting research program at the Australian Council for Educational Research.

Within the senior humanities test development team, she works mainly on the Victorian General Achievement Test, the UMAT, the Australian Scaling Test and the Cooperative Scholarship Testing Program. She is presently completing her Masters in Psychology at Monash.

After graduating from the University of Melbourne with a combined major in English and History, Ms Nixon taught at both state and private secondary institutions. She has also worked for the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in examination assessment for both the English and Literature studies.

Ms Nixon joined ACER in June 2003.
