The 2013 AEA test will be held on Saturday 21 September 2013 at the following campuses:

• Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus
• Griffith University, Nathan Campus

In addition, Griffith University has extended the Aptitude for Engineering Assessment to Bundaberg, Cairns, Mackay, Townsville and Rockhampton offering regional year 12 students, mature age and international candidates a pathway into Engineering at the Brisbane or Gold Coast campuses. Successful candidates will receive admission into the Bachelor of Engineering or the Bachelor of Engineering Technology with a diverse range of engineering disciplines.  

Test dates for regional test sittings are as follows:

  Bundaberg         Thursday 19 September 2013

  Cairns                 Saturday 21 September 2013

  Townsville          Monday 23 September 2013

  Mackay               Wednesday 25 September 2013

  Rockhampton      Friday 27 September 2013    

Prior to the test day, all registered and paid candidates will be contacted by the University via email with the reporting time and venue details.

Candidates will be informed of their results by email when the results are available.

Standard registrations are will open from Monday 15 April 2013 at 9a.m. (AEST) and close on Tuesday 10 September 2013 at 5p.m. (AEST).

Late registrations will be accepted up to 5p.m. (AEST) Friday 13 September 2013, on payment of a late fee of $40 in addition to the registration fee.
