AQTF Quality Indicator Services

AQIS overview

AQIS is a service available for RTOs to collect, analyse and report against the AQTF Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Quality Indicators for the 2013-2014 reporting cycle.

AQIS provides an enhanced version of the reporting generated in the previous SMART system. In addition to standard AQTF reports, RTOs joining AQIS will have access to valuable national and like-RTO benchmark reports for an annual registration fee.

In AQIS, survey data is collected, stored and analysed through a secure portal.  RTOs simply register for an account and select from one of three flexible data collection options based on their preferred method for surveying students and employers:

  • Online Survey
  • Manual Survey
  • Paper Scannable Survey

Registration prices for 2013:

  • Small to medium size RTO $345 (incl. GST)
  • Large Institute $800 (incl. GST)

See Registering for AQIS for more information.

AQIS development in 2014

With continuing demand for high quality data to support organisations in the implementation of evidence-based policies and practices to drive continuous improvement, we plan to develop our range of Quality Indicator services. This will include enhanced reporting, additional survey tool, resources supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement, and seminars and professional development events.

We invite all RTOs to complete a short survey to help ensure our developments are in line with your continuous improvement activities.
