AQIS overview
AQIS is a service available for RTOs to collect, analyse and report against the AQTF Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Quality Indicators for the 2012 reporting cycle.
Reporting to State and Federal Registering bodies against the AQTF Quality Indicators is a continuing regulatory requirement for all RTOs, as communicated by the National Skills Standards Council
AQIS provides an enhanced version of the reporting generated in the previous SMART system. In addition to standard AQTF reports, RTOs joining AQIS will have access to valuable national and like-RTO benchmark reports for an annual registration fee.
In AQIS, survey data is collected, stored and analysed through a secure portal. RTOs simply register for an account and select from one of three flexible data collection options based on their preferred method for surveying students and employers:
