The Employer Questionnaire collects information from employers of learners participating in nationally recognised training. The survey focuses on employer evaluation of learner competency development and the relevance of the overall quality of the training and assessment provided by RTOs.

Competency Completion

RTOs are required to provide annual data on training activities that occurred in the previous year. This data can be used by RTOs to gauge how well they are meeting client needs, to inform continuous improvement planning, develop relationships with key learner and employer stakeholders and identify areas for improvement in training and assessment services.

RTOs are required to use the Competency Completion Online System managed by NCVER. For all Competency Completion enquiries, RTOs are advised to contact NCVER (aqtf2007@ncver.edu.au) or phone 08 8230 8468.
