Compulsory reporting against the AQTF Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Quality Indicators through the SMART system ceased on 31st December 2011.
RTOs are still required to annually collect and report against the AQTF Quality Indicators to their State or Federal Regulator (by June 30 2013 for the 2012 calendar year) however, they are not required to use the SMART software.
ACER is no longer contracted by the NSSC to provide customer or technical support services for SMART.
ACER continues to offer RTOs support to fulfil their Quality Indicator reporting requirements through AQIS. A range of AQTF support materials are also currently available in the Resources and Manuals section of this website.
RTOs are advised to contact their State or Federal Registering Body for information and queries regarding their compliance requirements.
