The CSPA caters for any number of test takers with flexible purchasing and licence options.

Pay as you Go

The PAYG option includes:

• A one off test establishment fee
• Unrestricted testing, purchase tests at any time
• Flat candidate fees with multiple test combinations available
• Email and telephone helpdesk support (9am – 5pm AEST)
• Assessment user manual
• Access to ACER LLN publications providing information on the latest research findings, LLN assessment and ACSF developments
• Assessment content customisation (additional fee to be negotiated)   

CSPA Licence

The CSPA licence enables organisations access to a range of additional services and benefits. The licence fee includes:

• Unrestricted testing at significantly discounted candidate fees
• Multiple test combinations available
• Customisation of the test interface (branding)
• Assessment integration and authentication with established LMS or student registration portals 
• Email and telephone helpdesk support (9am – 5pm AEST)
• Assessment user manual
• On-site customer service and helpdesk support
• On-site professional support and training to assist with assessment implementation including workshops for staff
• Free access to upgraded services, new assessment developments and reporting features
• Access to ACER LLN publications providing information on the latest research findings, LLN assessment and ACSF developments
• Post-assessment support, student test data evaluation and trend analysis
• Assessment content customisation (additional fee to be negotiated)
• CSPA User group membership - see below for further details    

On-site support

Our experienced staff will guide you through the CSPA assessment set up and implementation from start to finish.  They will:

0. Support you in making sure the assessment fits into your organisational structure.
0. Train and provide guidance to your staff ensuring they are confident and well equipped to implement the large scale assessment of learners.
0. Provide practical assessment administration strategies and on the ground support.   

The CSPA User Group

The CSPA User Group is a collaborative network of current CSPA licence holders.  Membership offers users a host of benefits including:

• A professional space to share experiences, establish networks and keep up to date with the latest developments in LLN assessment, the ACSF and CSfW.
• Regular group meetings and events providing a forum for members to exchange ideas, best practice strategies and collaborate to influence future CSPA content development.
