Costs for the Social Emotional Wellbeing Survey include a per survey charge plus a reporting fee.

	$6.00 per survey	For orders of more than 200 surveys (for early years, primary & secondary surveys)
	$3.00 per survey	Optional teacher survey (primary and secondary)
Survey charge- Paper Format		An additional charge of $1 per survey is payable for the paper versions of the survey. (early years, primary & secondary surveys)
Reporting Fee	$440	Primary survey Secondary survey Optional teacher survey
	$270	Early years only survey

Note: ACER is also able to provide customised reports, for example: a report comparing several administrations of the survey; or a report comparing the results from several campuses or schools. The fee for a customised report will be negotiated with the school / organisation depending on requirements.

Ordering

The Social Emotional Wellbeing Survey is available in both online and paper & pencil format.

1. ACER provides supervisor instructions and the requested number of either scannable questionnaires or online login tokens.

2. Schools administer the questionnaire and return completed booklets to ACER or alert ACER to close the online survey for data collection.

3. Analysis and reporting is done at ACER by experienced psychometricians.

4. Schools receive an electronic report within 10 working days from receipt of completed questionnaire.

When ordering, please endeavour to provide ACER with at least a two week lead time between ordering the survey and the administration date

Clients will be invoiced once the survey report has been issued. Payment is appreciated within 30 days.
