Pricing

Pen & paper questionnaire:  $6.50 per respondent (Excl. GST)

Online questionnaire: $5.95 per respondent (Excl. GST)

The School Life Questionnaire is available in paper & pencil format and online.

Online version:

0. Select the number of students you wish to survey.
0. ACER provides randomly generated user names and passwords to ensure anonymity
0. Once all students have completed the questionnaire ACER psychometricians analyse the data and send a report to your school within 10 working days.

Paper and pencil version:

0. ACER provides supervisor instructions and a copy of the questionnaire for copy and distribution to students.
0. Schools administer the questionnaire and return completed questionnaires to ACER.
0. Analysis and reporting is done at ACER by experienced psychometricians.
0. Schools receive a report within 10 working days from receipt of completed questionnaire.

When ordering, please endeavour to provide ACER with at least a two week lead time between ordering the survey and the administration date

Clients will be invoiced once the survey report has been issued. Payment is appreciated within 30 days.
