ACER will only be conducting one written test for the Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB) in 2012.

As the skills assessed by the Vocational Selection Tests are learned over a candidate's lifetime through different types of experiences, short term training for the tests is unlikely to improve performance. The best preparation is to read widely and think critically.

Practice material can help candidates become more familiar with the multiple-choice format of the questions on the Vocational Selection Tests.

Please note: practice material below is also suggested for firefighters (MFB) tests.
