FAQ - Reporting/Results

How do I get the reports?
The reports can be emailed to you, uploaded to a ftp site, produced into hardcopies or complied into a CD.

How long does it take before I get the reports?
During non-peak periods, the reports should be available 5-7 working days from the day ACER receives the answer sheets. During peak periods, the reports should be available 10-14 working days from the day ACER receives the answer sheets.

I do not know how to read the results in the reports. Who should I approach?
You can approach one of our friendly educational sales consultant for help. Their contact information can be found in our website.

I have not received my reports yet. Who should I call?
You can call Peilin Soo at 03 92775536 to enquire about the reports.
